MATT THORNHILL

Co-Founder and Executive Producer

Matthew, descended from a band of itinerant wandering German musicians, was born into a family of artists and painters. He lived for his early years in the shadow of his younger brother’s immense artistic ability. Matthew, having no skill in wielding a brush or strumming himself to ecstasy on a hurdy-gurdy, fell into the murky world of theatre and not even good theatre, backstage provincial theatre. There he languished until Neptune’s call was heard.

Once he tired of visiting the far flung exotic places he returned to his first love, that of the theatre, and whilst he tried to remain hidden in the shadowy recesses of backstage, he was propelled, nay... thrust into the light and quickly established a reputation for being a diva, a talented diva, but a diva non-the-less.

His ability to slip on a bra and a hooped skirt in under 10 seconds cannot still be beaten to this day.

He has, in the past few years resorted to debasing himself in front of cameras, most recently for Channel Four. He is routinely cut from productions and plays little or no part in the IMDb and has never appeared on the silverscreen.
